How many days do you have to cancel your course/contract?

Red Lorry Training & Compliance (RLTC) appreciate that occasionally unforeseen circumstances will arise that mean you are unable to attend a pre-booked training course/contract. We offer all delegates a 28-day minimum period in which you can cancel the booking and receive a full refund.

Why is it a 28 day period prior to course/contracts?
All of our course/contracts are in high demand with the objective of having the optimum numbers of delegates to ensure the most beneficial training day possible for the delegates attending. Allowing a 28 day period gives us a suitable amount of time to find another delegate who is interested in participating in this course/contract in order to fill any cancelled spaces.
What happens after the 28 day period has passed?

You will be charged the full amount of the course/contract in the event you are unable to attend. The course/contracts have set costs for the trainers, venue hire and refreshments for the delegates. We rely on the attendance of your businesses delegates to cover the costs of these resources required to deliver the training course/contracts.
